It’s early morning december 7, and I am listening to the ARRL 160M CW Contest on my west beverage on ground (BOG) antenna.
It’s a 80m long single wire single direction beverage on ground (BOG) antenna system, mounted 20cm above ground.
I’m also using a 16 dB receive preamplifier on this (BOG), and I still find the SNR great.
Listening to and working VA2WA, sure made my day.
