Returning home from the wilderness of Sápmi

11

I just got back home last night from my ski-adventure in the wilderness of Sápmi, one of the last great wilderness areas in northern Europe. The wonderful Aurora Borealis was sending it’s dancing lights across the skies almost every night and day, and had a great influence on HF propagation. I was able to activate WWFF LAFF-0024, LAFF-0174 and SOTA Summit OH/MU-026 with a total of 255 qso’s. I was using a Buddistick multiband vertical antenna and a Elecraft KX3 transceiver. There was many chasers who was able to work me from every WWFF LAFF area and the SOTA summit, and I would like to thank every one of you for this great experience and your patience.
